At TQ we are building a community of individuals and companies that take building high performance teams seriously. We appreciate the efforts of those who care to go beyond the ordinary and strive to create value by collaborating and excelling at their activities with the aim of reaching Executive Genius and Team Brilliance. We know by experience that building a high performance team involves many challenges and takes immense amounts of time, understanding, patience and grit.

We are creating these space for the TQ community to participate and share their stories on leadership and team performance. You can send us your stories, insights and personal quotes and/or experience on how it's play out for you, what challenges you are facing, what's helped you thrive, tips or simply share with us what a high performance team and good leadership means to you and your teams. We'll be selecting and publishing the best stories here on our blog and on our social channels. We look forward to hearing from you.

Here is our first community story, we appreciate Manuel José is sharing his insights with us. Let us know in the comments if you agree with him on his take for leadership and teams.

"When I was 14 years old, my grandfather told me that good leaders are the ones who try to push their team to be better than themselves. That is just something that has stuck with me. It’s having enough confidence to let other people shine. PUMA gives me the chance to see that philosophy played out in real life." - Manuel José Contador Bercovich - Manuel José Contador Bercovich, Regional Consumer Marketing Manager EEMEA at PUMA
